Rain of Youth

This ain't the "fountain of youth" but there just was something about this rain that made these grown-ups feel like kids again. Fun! :)

@bm: thanks bm! yup the weather has been a bit crazy here the past few weeks. the rain was somehow a relief after a recent 4-day heatwave.

Super shot, theres nothing like a really heavy summer downpour to splosh about in barefooted. You captured the moment wonderfully, but how did you protect your camera from the deluge.

@Richard_Irwin: Thanks Richard! They really were having fun! But I was actually enjoying the rain myself... enjoying watching the people in the rain, that is, and taking these snapshots of them. I was pretty much covered as I was in this beautiful covered walkway leading to the Bethesda fountain. So I was all comfy and dry as I took these shots.
